Dear Valued Guest,
We would like to bring the following terms and conditions to your attention:
Payment
We require payment in full on/before arrival.
All services booked during your stay will be charged to your card.
We require credit card details as a security measure.
Cancellation Policy
We operate on a minimum cancellation notice of 28 days, handling fees are as follows:
- Minimum non-refundable 30% Handling Fee/deposit
- 7 Days Notice 50% Handling Fee
- 48 Hours 75% Handling Fee
- 24 Hours Full Charge - NO REFUND
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. A penalty of £200 will be charged if guests default on this.
General
- Any additional guests not signed in will be charged for.
- Guests will be held liable for any theft or damage to the property and its contents.
- Guests are required to leave the apartment/room in a clean & tidy condition. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE.
- Noise and disturbances will not be tolerated, guests will be given one warning and then asked to leave.
- ALL AREAS ARE NON-SMOKING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00AM
Late check-outs will incur a penalty charge of £10.00 per every half hour
(or part thereof) after 10:00am.
All lost property that is not claimed within 14 Days will be disposed of.
